Out and about today, so I'm trying the scheduled publishing feature.  Which means this will either post when the pre-race show starts... or three hours later.  Anyway, if you're watching the the Nationwide guys be Nashville cats, chat it up.

A side note: there's no Cup race at Nashville.  Given the current state of affairs with gasoline prices showing no sign of going down soon, if ever, one wonders if NASCAR might be forced by economics -- a sharp curtailing of fans driving nine hundred miles to see people drive five hundred, something that's already taking place -- to completely re-evaluate their schedule and move to a more regional model.  You know, focus on going to where the fans are since the fans are no longer as prone to go wherever the race may be?
